Fine Chocolates in Petersham
Last weekend Belle Fleur Fine chocolates opened its doors. We’ve got plenty of fantastic chocolatiers in the city, but I’m a firm believer that there’s always room for one more.
There are more than 60 different choccies to choose from, including praline, truffle, and specialty treats cooked using traditional Belgian methods. The owners, Lynne and Jan ter Heerdt, are fourth-generation chocolate makers so you know they know their stuff.
