Max’s Grille Adds Breakfast to the Menu

The Boca Way

Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day, but how many times do you roll out of bed and pour yourself a cup of coffee, rather than treat yourself to a relaxing (yet rejuvenating) jump start to the day? Laziness? Perhaps. Lack of options? Maybe. But now, you have no more excuses. While the Miami area has had brunch options sprouting up left and right, Palm Beach County is still behind the times — everyday more options are opening up .

This time, after 20 years in business, Max’s Grille in Boca launched their new breakfast menu — available 7 days a week from 8-11 am. This menu offers mostly traditional choices with a contemporary twist — all using top quality ingredients (try the fresh and juicy beefsteak tomatoes). Start off with your favorite beverage, like fresh Florida orange juice, soothing Mighty Leaf Tea or a I’m-taking-the-day-off Bloody Mary. For a main course, go for the Smoked Salmon Plate (plain bagel, smoked Scottish salmon, arugula, onions, capers & scallion-cream cheese); The Boca Way (egg white scramble with spinach, turkey breast and tomatoes with fresh fruit) or Challah French Toast with warm maple syrup (and fresh berries and creme fraiche for those wanting an extra sweetness). Breakfast items are priced between $4-$12 for entrees and $2-$5 for sides.
Max’s Grille is located at 404 Plaza Real in Boca Raton.
