Circle Craft Christmas Market for One-of-a-Kind Gifts
If you’re looking for something special for Christmas gifts this year, be sure to check out the annual Circle Craft Christmas Market at the new Vancouver Convention Centre, from November 17 – 21. This is the 37th year for this event and it has moved from its usual spot in Canada Pace to accommodate their new expansion. 
You’ll find everything from original jewelry, glassware, leather work and other home crafted items featuring 275 artisans. There are stages for workshops and demonstration too, for blacksmiths, wood-turning and glass blowing. Capilano and Emily Carr universities and the Craft Council of BC will also be showcased. On the entertainment stage there will be performances of Arts umbrella Dance Company, Donna Fishwick Piano Ensemble, the Festival Ballet Company and more.
The Circle Craft Co-op is dedicated to the promotion of fine quality crafts, and promotion of these crafts. It’s a non-profit, self-sustaining co-operative of BC crafts people with works from cottage industries t one-of-a-kind unique artist/crafts people.
Circle Craft also promotes a Student Art Exhibit celebrating achievements of young persons from Grades 9 – 12 from participating Vancouver schools. The object is to promote and encourage student participation and excellence in the visual arts.

Date & Time: November 17 – 21, 2010. Wednesday to Friday 10 am - 9 pm; Saturday 10 am – 7 pm; Sunday 10 am – 5 pm.
