Chicago’s Best Pizza
With the weather changing to fall, it is a great time to tuck inside and enjoy some of Chicago’s best pizza. From stuffed to thin crust, Chicago’s pies are some of the most delicious in the world. Here is a sampling of the city’s tastiest pizza joints. Bon appetite! 
Spacca Napoli, 1769 W. Sunnyside Ave. (map) – For a slice of Naples. Italy, this Italian restaurant specializes in Neapolitan-style thin-crust pizza.
The Original Gino’s East of Chicago, 2801 N. Lincoln Ave. (map) – Considered some of Chicago’s best deep-dish pizza places, Gino’s East also serves up yummy thin crusts and pasta dishes.
Piece, 1927 W. North Ave. (map) – If you like a good brew with your pizza pie, then Piece should be at the top of your dining list. This wicker park favorite pours microbrews and serves delicious thin crust pizzas.
Trattoria Roma, 1321 W. Grand Ave. (map) – This popular spot in Old Town creates thin crust pizza masterpieces such as prosciutto, mushroom, olive, artichoke and egg and mozzarella, blue Swiss and mascarpone cheeses, as well as homemade pasta. One of the restaurant’s pasta specialties includes the Rolli alla Trattoria made with tricolor pasta, ricotta cheese, ham, spinach and a tomato and four-cheese sauce.
Coal Fire, 1321 W. Grand Ave. (map) – If you are a New Yorker at heart, Coal Fire makes some of Chicago’s best East Coast-style pies with crispy, slightly charred crusts. You can even build your own pizza with toppings such as salami or sweet Italian sausage.
