Photo Friday: Edinburgh Fringe Swag
If you’ve ever been in Edinburgh for the Fringe, then you know what I’m talking about with the swag. Just try walking down the Royal Mile (map) from one end to the other and you’ll end up with two arms’ full of flyers, buttons, postcards, brochures, lanyards, and who knows what else. It’s slightly crazy – even locals who know how to do the “I’m a local so don’t dare give me one of those flyers” stance still end up with the occasional piece of swag.
Regardless of whether it is marketing junk or useful, I just loved the quality of light and the colours in this photo of some fringe button swag for what looks to be a show called Mr. Princess (or a cruel joke for someone’s friend).
Thanks for sharing the photo, Steve Greer
