7 Days of ART in Seattle

Chef Kerry Sear of ART Restaurant, located at the Four Seasons Seattle, has come up with another dining experience that will showcase all that’s good and right and delicious about the Pacific Northwest.  7 Days of ART kicks of Sunday, July 25th, 2010, with each day of the week featuring a special dinner menu that highlights a notable dish, ingredient, beverage or preparation method.

Four Seasons Seattle

ART Restaurant is located at the Four Seasons Seattle hotel

Here’s what the days of the week have to offer:

Sunday:  Family Dinner.  Classic, home-style recipes prepared with a modern twist and served family style.  Roast chicken, stuffing and gravy start things off and it continues with other family favorites right down to apple pie ala mode for dessert.  Priced at $100 for four people, this is a special Sunday out at a great bargain.

Monday:  Wine all you Want.  Start your week off right with 50% off on all bottles of wine ordered with dinner.  Choose a favorite, or ask for help selecting something new from a list of over 160 bottles.

Tuesday:  Big Chill.  If you’re in a retro mood, you’ll love these classic treats, along with a special ice cream and sorbet flavors of the week.  Scoop up the chocolate fudge brownie sundaes or lap up the shaved ice, these kid-friendly treats are guaranteed to please.  If you stop by with a group, try “The Works,” an ultimate ice cream tasting experience designed for the entire table.  Goodies priced at $6-20.

Wednesday:  Organic.  Experience a market to table menu based on whatever is fresh at the Pike Place Market that day.  Priced at $30.

Thursday:  Crab Duel TV Tray.  Not sure which you like better, Dungeness or King Crab.  Try one of the popular TV Trays, giving you a sample of both.  And let me assure you of this — these are NOT your childhood TV trays!    These feature a sample of four crab dishes, two made with King crab (cocktail and grilled) and two with Dungeness (crab legs and with pasta).  Savor and choose.  No wait, you don’t have to choose; it’s okay to love both.  Priced at $32.

Friday:  Flight Night.  Sample a flight of three wines, giving you a chance to compare regions, winemakers, or brands.  Priced at $15-35.

Saturday:  Steak TV Tray. Another chance to sample and compare, this time a sampling of four different cuts of steaks accompanied by seasonal condiments.  Precise cuts will vary, but may include tenderloin, New York, rib eye, and flank steak.  This is sure to win over the heart of any carnivore.  Priced at $44.

I’ll still planning out which day I want to head to ART.  So many delicious menu choices – what’s tempting you?

Location:  99 Union Street, downtown (map)
