Sadie Nardini at YogaOne Sudios

yoga, yogi, class, natarajasana, cosmic dancerYoga enthusiasts at any level of practice will not want to miss the opportunity to tune in and tune up, Friday July 23 at YogaOne Studios with Sadie Nardini, creator of “Core Strength Vinyasa“.  Sadie Nardini is a nationally-known and respected yoga instructor who also writes for the Huffington Post and Yoga Journal.  Her vigorous, core-centered approach to yoga is designed to strengthen the body inside and out.

Sadie will be teaching a two-hour Core Strength Vinyasa from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Friday July 23.  YogaOne Studios is located at 3030 Travis St. (map).  The cost of this class is $35 and you can register online.  If you have questions you can call the studio at 713. 522.0876.  This is a truly wonderful opportunity for yoga practitioners of all levels to experience a class with a well known and respected American yoga instructor.  You can learn more about Sadie and her yogic philosophy on her website.
