Summertime Concerts and Carriage Rides at Watters Creek

Live on the Green at Watters Creek

Bring your appetite and a blanket to Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm in Allen, Texas for an evening of outdoor dining and live music. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through October 16th, 2010, Watters Creek hosts Live! on the Green, with live performances starting at 6:30 p.m.

Several eateries have patios overlooking the stage on The Green, so you can enjoy that evening’s live musical act while you dine, sip wine, or treat yourself to dessert. Watters Creek restaurants include: Brio Tuscan Grille, Crú – A Wine Bar, Nestle Toll House Café, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Sublime Chocolate and the Terra Mediterranean Grill, among others.

For added romance, take your date for a horse-drawn carriage ride through Watters Creek 52 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. These carriages seat up to 6 people, charge $30 for a 15 minute ride, and pick riders up near Grimaldi’s Pizza.

Live! on the Green is a free event, open to the public. Blankets are permitted, however, visitors are asked not to bring the following: lawn chairs, coolers, or booze.
