Exhibition: Cyberchase!

The educational TV series that kids are just wild about; the Emmy award-winning PBS KIDS GO! math mystery cartoon featuring three kids from Earth: Matt, Jackie, and Inez have been touring through the Unites States to various Children’s Museums and is now in Atlanta for a limited time.

The three kids in the show along with Digit (a robot bird) use various math and problem solving skills along their journey to stop the evil doings of villains Buzz and Delete. This exhibit is all about the classic good vs. evil adventure.

In the exhibition, children get to enter Cyberspace through a special portal to only the best cybersites, including the Control Central, the Grim Wreaker and Poddleville. Here they will perform tasks to help the CyberSquad protect the virtual universe from the villains using mathematical concepts such as place value, algebra, geometry, fractions and probability.

The exhibition is located at The Children’s Museum of Atlanta (map) until June 6, and the museum is open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekends.

The cost of admission is $12.50 plus tax per person (both children and adults), and children under 2 are free.
