Heigh-Ho Best Deals to Save Disney Dough

The battle for the tourist dollar continues to rage with special packages and extras being offered to entice visitors to many vacation destination.  Walt Disney World (map) and Disneyland Resort (map) are no exception, with several offers tempting guests to visit throughout the summer and into the fall.

One special currently being offered at Walt Disney World Resort is the August – October Dine Offer. By purchasing a 5-night/6-day room and ticket  Magic Your Way package, available for most nights August 15  - October 2, guests will receive  the very popular dining plan, for free.   Guests can choose from two plan options:

• Disney Dining Plan - allows guests to enjoy 1 table-service meal, 1 quick-service meal and 1 snack per person (over the age of 3), per night stay of your package.  Meals are available from over 100 different restaurants, including some character dining options.
• Disney’s Quick Service Dining Plan - allows guests to select from over 50 dining options, 2 quick-service meals, 2-snacks and a refillable resort beverage mug (refillable only at the guests resort) per person (over the age of 3) per night stay of your package.

Rooms are limited for this special offer and should be booked by August 14. Guests may check online for availability or contact 407- 939-7918, using code  TF5.  It should also be noted that park tickets are limited to one park, per day, but this, in my opinion, is definitely not a deal breaker.

Looking for a savings on the room alone without the dining packages?  Another special currently being offered, the Summer Offer has room rates at select Disney Resort hotels, reduced up to 40%.  The rate reduction is available for select stays Sunday – Thursday nights, up to October 2. Limited availability on these rooms will make you want to act quickly on making reservations by calling 407-939-7915 with special code ID6.

In reading the fine print, it should be noted that this rate is not available surrounding the July4th celebrations.  The higher reduction appears to fall during stays after August 14 and at the higher category hotels.

The Kids 3-9 Stay and Play for Free Package is currently running, now through October 2.  With the purchase of the non-discounted 4-night/5-day Magic Your Way package at select Disney Resort Value hotels, children 3-9 can stay in the same room with the paying adult for free.  In addition, children 3-9 will receive  free admission to one park, per day of their ticket package.  Guests wishing to check availability for this package should contact 407-939-7905 using Code BF4.

Guests to Disneyland Resort can enjoy savings of up to 40% when they book a room at a Disneyland Resort hotel by September 1.  A 2-night minimum stay, between now and September 29,  is required to take advantage of this package.  With three resort hotels to choose from, guests can stay within the heart of all the thrills Disneyland has to offer.

Need a little extra time at Disneyland?  How about 2 nights free?  Guests that book a 3-day/3-night room and ticket package by September 1 and plan to complete their stay prior to October 1, can do just that.
