Dine Out Vancouver: A Celebration of Food

Tourism Vancouver’s annual Dine Out Vancouver 2010 begins April 26 to May 6.  Presented by VISA , this is your opportunity to sample three-course dinner menus at 207 of Vancouver’s restaurants at the appealing prices of $18, $28 or $38 (exclusive of taxes, alcohol and gratuity).  This smorgasbord of Vancouver restaurants is a great way to sample the many varieties of restaurants meals that are available in this multi-cultural city.

BC wine pairings are available with the meals in recognition of the sponsorship from the BC Wine Institute.  This is a perfect opportunity to sample some of the province’s outstanding wines.

You can obtain Dine Out Vancouver hotel packages through Tourism Vancouver so you can turn dinner into a ‘staycation’. Packages start at $169 a night and include a 1-night stay plus a 3-course Dine Out Vancouver dinner for two at the hotel restaurant or a partner restaurant.  There are a dozen participating hotels included in this offer. When you pay for your meals with your Visa card, you can complete a ballot at the restaurant which will allow you a chance to win dinner every week for a year in the form of 52 restaurant gift certificates.  There are other prizes available also.  Vote online here
