Served from 10:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m., the menu consist a choice of appetizers such as Wild Mushroom Bisque, French Onion Soup, or Pride of the Crowns, Hearts of Romaine. . An entree menu includes Crepes Imperial, Eggs Benedict, Poached Salmon, Roast Beef Hash, Chicken Mango, Beefsteak Neptune, Rack of Colorado Lamb and Aged, Slow-Roasted Prime Ribs of Beef served in three different cuts with Port Wine Jus, Fresh Organic Horseradish Cream, a Yorkshire Popover, Creamed Spinach, and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
