Get a Fat-Blasting Workout with Pure Barre

If you’re looking for one of the hottest workouts in Orange County to blast fat and tone – look no farther!  Pure Barre, with several locations in Orange County, will help you get a dancer’s body just in time for summer!

Pure Barre studios use a ballet barre to perform small isometric movements to work your muscles to fatigue while protecting your joints without jumping or bouncing.  According to the Pure Barre website, the “Pure Barre Technique is a total body workout that burns fat and produces lifted seats, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs by fusing elements of ballet, pilates and weights in a 55 minute intense session. It is the most effective, fastest, yet safest way to change your body.”

This workout is especially effective for helping new moms get back into shape.  Since Pure Barre is a no impact workout, you can go at your own pace and focus on the areas that need the most attention post-baby (abs, hips & thighs).

Pure Barre was created by dancer, choreographer and fitness guru, Carrie Rezabek. Carrie opened the first studio in 2001 in Birmingham, MI and began expanding in 2006. It is now offered in studios nationwide.

Ballet-inspired workouts are intense,  but any woman can successfully complete them. You don’t have to have dance experience, be graceful or even have rhythm, so what are you waiting for?

Pure Barre has locations in Irvine (6791 Quail Hill Parkway) and in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach (234 E. 17th St, Ste. 116).  There are also locations nearby in Los Angeles and the San Diego area.  Check out the website for locations, class schedules, and more information!
