High Tea Gets Modern at Sydney’s Sheraton on the Park
The Gallery Tea Lounge at the Sheraton on the Park has had a new modern makeover.
The interior is inviting, with chocolate brown and metallic décor and plush high back chairs. But the new look is about more than design. The hotel has introduced a new contemporary afternoon tea menu with some modern treats. You’ll choose 12 bite-sized dishes from the menu of 16, a task made easier by all the yummy options. Deep sea scallops with green tea jelly and cappuccino mousse and biscotti satisfy both savoury and sweet tooths. 
If you prefer the classics, you’ll be pleased to know they’re still available on the traditional high tea menu. If this is your fancy though, I suggest making a visit on the weekends for the afternoon tea buffet. It’s all you can eat, so you can get your fill of finger sandwiches and scones!
