Asian Dishes with a Modern Twist at Fat Noodle
Sydney’s Star City Casino has a brand new restaurant ready to tempt you. Fat Noodle offers a fresh twist on Asian cuisine.
The restaurant puts its own modern stamp on traditional recipes from China, Vietnam, and other Asian nations. I’m salivating at the thought of the roast duck Vietnamese rice paper rolls and the crisp parcels with pork, and that’s even before I get onto the main courses! The wok dishes are another big attraction with large Aussie prawns and lemongrass Angus beef all getting the Asian treatment.
Fat Noodle prides itself on premium quality ingredients, including fresh East Coast prawns, Wagyu and Angus reared beef, and sustainably caught fish.
The communal dining tables and open kitchen add to the bubbling atmosphere, allowing you to make new friends and watch the chefs at work while you’re waiting for your meal.
You can find Fat Noodle next to the Baccarat room on the main gaming floor.
