Conan O’Brien One Night in Phoenix
To avoid “helping out around the house” Conan O’Brien, the former NBC Tonight Show host, has announced he is embarking on a 30-city tour and will be in Phoenix on April 30.
His show titled, Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television, gets its name from the outcome of a very public and ugly rift with his employer, NBC. As part of his settlement with the network, O’Brien agreed to stay out of TV until the end of the summer. Now found to have a lot of time on his hands he has decided to hit the road with his TV sidekick Andy Richter and the former “Tonight Show” band.
As a long-time fan of Conan, I’m looking forward to this show and what his next step is in the entertainment industry. In the meantime, if you want a few laughs follow him on Twitter at – @conanobrien
Tickets ($36.50-$76.50) are on sale through Ticketmaster and at the Dodge Theatre (map) box office, 602-379-2888.
