Dining

The Blanca Blue is a gourmet restaurant located in the Atrium.  Guests can dine in the eatery or they can enjoy their meal by the waterfront, illuminated by torchlight (private beachfront candlelight dinners can also be arranged).  In-suite dining is also an option, courtesy of a private chef.
