A Grand Easter Celebration

Make it a Grand Time on Easter Sunday, April 4 with exquisite holiday dining – for brunch, dinner and afternoon tea.  Amidst the lush landscapes of the resort’s golf course and Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve, you’ll find the perfect backdrop for the resort’s popular Easter Egg Hunt with the Easter bunny, egg races and fun crafts for kids.  The Grand Hunt and Children’s Activities on the Aria lawn will be held from 11a.m. to 2p.m.  This will include egg races, crafts and the Easter Bunny.  Two egg hunts will be held at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.  This is open to brunch and Amaya diners, resorts guests and members.

Chef Camron Woods will offer a more casual a la carte Brunch Menu from 10:30am-3p.m. that can be enjoyed either on in the relaxed but refined dining room or on the shaded terrace.  Some of the brunch favorites include Brioche Frech Toast wtih Banana and Chocolate-Hazelnut Sauce, Dungeness Crab Benedict or Grilled Flat-Iron Stake Salad.  Prices range from $14-$40.   For reservations at Amaya, please call 858-314-2727.

Easter Brunch Buffet in the Capbella is held in the elegant and airy sanctuary is sure to be a memorable feast.    Breakfast selection favorites include Spinach and Feta Egg Souffle, Chocolate and buttermilk Pancakes, a selection of Chilled, Smoked and Cured Seafood. The celebratory entrees include, Sugar-Spiced Prime Rib from the Carving Station, Chilean Sea Bass with Grilled Tomatillos and Grape Beurre Noisette.  Then with sweet endings, the Strawberry-Coconut Mousse, assorted Easter cookies and an array of miniature treats.  Easter Brunch is served from 9:30am to 2 p.m.  Price is $85 per adult; $30 per child ages 6-12.  For reservations, please call 858-314-2000.
