Cute Chihuahuas & Lots of Pink in Legally Blonde The Musical
The movie was adorably cute and funny, and Legally Blonde The Musical, now playing at the , promises audience the same enjoyable, if saccharine, experience.

Hello Harvard! You're going pink, thanks to Elle (Becky Gulsvig) and her best friend Bruiser the dog (Frankie) in the National Tour of Legally Blonde the Musical playing at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre from Feb 23-March 14
The Plot: Elle Woods (played by Becky Gulsvig) is a college superstar. She’s cute and perky, a natural blonde, loves pink, is a campus VIP, President of her sorority, and dating handsome fraternity hunk Werner (played by Jeff Mclean). As graduation draws near, the only thing missing is a marriage proposal and ring on her finger. The only problem is that her guy really thinks she’s a blonde ditz and he’s heading off to Harvard Law. Elle follows him, determined to win him back, taking her Chihuahua Bruiser with her. While at Harvard, Elle discovers that blonde is a hair color, not an IQ, and proves, in dramatic fashion, that she’s every bit as intelligent and worthy as the next law student.
Music and lyrics by Laurence O’Keefe and Nell Benjamin, book by Heather Hach, and lots of pink from costumer Gregg Barnes. The credits are rounded out with the cast of: D.B.
