Sydney Photo Friday: Giant Rubik’s Cube at Powerhouse Museum

As I forgot to take my camera when I caught the ’80s Are Back exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum recently, I was thrilled to see this photograph turn up on Flickr. This giant Rubik’s Cube was one of the coolest things I saw, although it was a lot more mixed up when I spotted it. This cube had well and truly entered the 21st century though. You moved the colored lights around my touch, and it appears some people were quite good at it. Try as I might, I never did manage to solve a Rubik’s Cube during the ’80s. I figured it was best to leave this one well enough alone and let the experts take over.
