Rice: A Japanese-like restaurant in St. Petersburg

The Rice is a good restaurant with interior which cannot be described as gorgeous, beautiful, with a touch of a specially invited designer. It’s not for a romantic evening, but it’s for dinner or supper, when you want to to eat, not to have a long business conversation. Its interior is “functionalism”, all is good and and at the same time necessity is dominating.

I’d reccomend it when you are in the near area and it’s time for meal. I had no problems with serving, everything was OK. Cousine is Japanese with a wide range of sushis, miso-soups, hot-dishes.

To give you the picture of prices, I tell there is a set of business-lunch divided into two categories: “traditional” lunches, consisting of soup, suchis, green, between 210-270 rubles; and “national” lunches, including Spanish, Italian, Britain and French ones. It means that you have salad, soup and hot dish of a national cousine. Costs between 320-360 rubles.

One sushi is in a range of 40-70 rubles, flitch of salmon is 290, soups are between 70-250, fried rice — 130-150.

Address is Efimova-street, 3, open 11.00-01.00
