Of memorable note was Heatwave and Peaches & Herb with the lovely Meritxell Negre stealing the crowd. This woman is a non-African American ("Spaniard") with as much soul as any sista! Seeing the Latin Queen of Soul perform was a sheer delight! KLUC’s 4th Annual Valentine’s Love Affair concert was stupendous!
