Jewellery in St. Petersburg: The Best ExpoShow

JUNWEX is just the most gorgeous, glamorous, beautiful, vivid and bright exhibition in St. Petersburg. It  is a jewellery exhibition, so your mind will be overwhelmed by all this beauty contained in all pavilions of the Lenexpo complex.

Why I stress this “all” is because there is hardly another event to occupy the whole space of the largest exhibition venue of the city. Last year it was visited by 28 355 persons without not counted specialists. Really huge amount for a 4-day show.

This year the event consists of  four chapters:

– Jewellery and Watch

– Diamonds

– International

– Tech

The Tech chapter will hardly be interesting for you since it is dedicated to such specialised themes as equipment and so on.

At the “Jewellery and Watch” section companies are demonstrating their new collections both to specialists and to public.

The “Diamonds” section is about diamonds, in dedicated pavilions there will some shows as an auction and presentations. Here are also exhibitions of art weapons and antiques.

International is an exhibition of foreign companies presenting their brands of season 2009 with different precious and semiprecious in 925 silver and 8 carat, 10 carat and 14 carat gold and platinum. The companies are arriving from Italy, USA, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Thailand, Brazil and other countries.

There will also be a few special events within JUNWEX. These are

– National competition of jewellers for the Prize of the cultural St. Petersburg recognition;

–  St. Petersburg Auction called Best adornments of Russia;

– Festival of High jewellery fashion;
