Holiday in the Park at Six Flags
From now until January 3rd, is celebrating its annual featuring over one million lights, entertaining holiday shows, fun rides, and tasty seasonal treats that will be given out. But the best part about Holiday in the Park is that Six Flags has made their very own snow-covered hill for sledding; much more convenient than trekking it up north to find snow. This hill is located at the .
The unique Tree of Trees will be erect 56-feet made up of small evergreen trees with an impressive light show at night every hour on the half hour. The Santa Express will take you and your kids to the most delightful part of the park, which is of course Santa Land. At first you will walk into Santa’s workshop and be greeted by his angelic Snow Princesses, a Snow Queen, and his funny elves. You will even get to sit on Santa’s lap and ask him what you want for Christmas, but maybe you should just leave that up to the kids.
After meeting Santa, there is a little kid-sized door for just the little ones to go through that leads to Santa’s Secret Shoppe. Inside, there is Christmas ornaments and other holiday gifts that children can grab for mom and dad. Afterwards, you can all enjoy some holiday treats: warm cider, candy canes, and hot chocolate will be available as well as smoked turkey legs, corn on the cob, foot-long hot dogs, sausage-on-a-stick and fajitas.
