First, da Campo Osteria opened up in Fort Lauderdale and then Figs in Palm Beach Gardens, but the most exciting news about this celebrity chef and culinary heartthrob was the announcement of his latest restaurant — Wild Olives by Todd English at The Shoppes at Boca Center.
Featuring rustic Mediterranean cuisine, Wild Olives combines the familiar dishes associated with Todd English – including his sweet and savory fig & prosciutto pizza (a must-try taste sensation) with new gourmet delights. While the official opening of the restaurant is just days away, I was able to sample the menu with my fellow TasteCasting team, and it is sure to tantalize your taste buds — Carpet Bagger Oysters, Butternut Tortelli with brown butter and fried sage, Shrimp and Chorizo Flat Bread, Todd’s Signature Ricotta Cheesecake — need I say more?
