Free Entrance on Sundays to BCN Museums

Nothing in life is free, but in Barcelona on the first Sunday of each month free art in the city breaks this golden rule.

Not all the museums offer this, but a few good ones do, including MNAC and the CCCB. The MNAC is Catalunya’s national museum, and in my opinion, one of the city’s best. The CCCB is contemporary, and while I don’t love its exhibitions, I do love the many cultural programs it offers throughout the year.

The CCCB is free the first Sunday of every month (tomorrow) from 3pm to 8pm! So head on over after lunch. In fact, have lunch at the CCCB Bar, and then go check out the museum.

The MNAC is free the first Sunday of the month from 10.15 am to 2.15pm, so check this one out before lunch and enjoy a Sunday filled with art!
