An Effervescent Soirée at the French Embassy

Dress up in your best black–tie or cocktail attire and enjoy sampling over a dozen French champagnes at the French Embassy’s 10th Anniversary Champagne Tasting in Washington DC.

To go along with your bubbly form some of the finest champagne houses in France, sample food from a few of Washington’s favorite chefs, with food from Blue Duck Tavern, Oceanaire, ACKC Cocoa Bar, and Taberna del Albardero, plus others.

As part of the champagne party, indulge yourself by bidding on one of the many silent auction items such as:

Dates & Times – Saturday, November 7, 2009 – 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Tickets - $125.00, VIP tickets $150 and include entrance to an after party “fin de soirée” starting at 9:30 at Napoleon Bistro Lounge at 1847 Columbia Road, NW. $25 of the VIP ticket is tax-deductible. Tickets are available online.

Nearest Metro Subway Station – Farragut West – Blue and Orange lines, and then a 10-minute cab ride.

Parking – Limited free first-come, first-serve parking is usually available in the Embassy’s underground parking garage.  Free street parking is also available within a short walk.
