A Foodie’s Paradise at Fontainebleau Miami Beach
I think I’ve just started my love obsession with . I know, it’s been around for awhile now, but until this past week all that I’ve done is tour the property. But then — I’d been hearing rave reviews about that I knew I needed to try it. First it was their spaghetti, then the polenta, then the service and the gushing just continued. Luckily for me, I was able to schedule a tasting so I could find out what this was all about. Wow! Every bite that I put in my mouth was spot on.

Raw Yellowtail olio di zenzero & flaked sea salt
The salt just popped on the Raw Yellowtail appetizer just before it melted in my mouth. The creaminess of the polenta can’t be topped. That perfect texture combined with the meatiness of the mushrooms would make the strictest carnivores forget meat ever existed and the homemade pasta – you’re never going back for Barilla.
Yes, the gushing could go on, but what I really like right now are the promotions they are running for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The first – The Fountainebleau’s version of Spice. Titled , this promotion entails a $39 prix fixe menu at Scarpetta, Gotham Steak, Hakkasan, and Blade Sushi with complimentary valet parking. $1.50 from each check will be donated to the Susan B. Komen foundation. Not valid on Saturday nights. Right now, they are offering complimentary valet for local diners until November 22.
Lapis Spa is offering a 50-minute Swedish massage or Aromatherapy massages at 25% off the regular prices ($105++) during October.
The is a special cocktail designed by resident mixologist, Cynthia Harshow. This is a raspberry martini with flavors of lemon, pomegranate and nectar & lime mixed in. $1 from the sale of each Pinkie Promise Cocktail will go to the Susan B. Komen foundation.
Go ahead, indulge. It’s for a great cause.
