Anderson Farms – Colorado’s Oldest Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch
Now that fall has definitely arrived here in Denver (did you see the SNOW?!), I plan on highlighting some more fun fall activities in and around Denver. You can see my list of 5 Events to Attend This Fall here, but there are far more than just 5 things to do!
Today, I am highlighting a place just a little outside of Denver that is a fun place for the whole family. Anderson Farms is Colorado’s oldest corn maze and pumpkin patch and is located [map] at 6728 County Road 3 1/4 in Erie, CO.
Their Fall Festival, which opened on September 19th, is chock full of activities including gem stone mining (which in NEW), hay rides, farm animals, a pumpkin launcher and of course the pumpkin patch and corn maze.
Their 2009 Fall Festival is open now until November 1st. Here is a list of the ticket prices:
- Children 3 & under: Free
- Children 4-12 years:$8.00
- Adults 13-59 years:$10.00
- Seniors 60+ years:$8.00
For more information on Anderson Farms, check out their website and/or follow them on twitter. I think I know exactly what my family and I are doing this weekend. See you there!
