“Fall” for Travel Deals and Packages in the South

The promise of cooler (okay, milder) weather in the South brings numerous travel deals and packages, encouraging you to get out and explore.

InterContinental Tampa (Fla.) is offering a “Tampa Terrors” package available October 1-3, 8-10, 15-17, 22-24 and 29-31. The package includes a one night stay, two tickets to Busch Gardens’ Howl-O-Scream event, as well as other “treats.”
Celebrate Thanksgiving this year at The Chesterfield (Palm Beach, Fla.) The Thanksgiving Homecoming package features such amenities as a fruit basket upon arrival and a four-course Thanksgiving dinner in The Leopard Lounge and Restaurant. This package is only available November 25-27.
