Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee! Hits Disney Parks

Guests at Magic Kingdom will soon be able to meet and greet Disney’s newest member of royalty, as Princess Tiana makes her first appearance at the theme park beginning on Oct. 26.  Princess Tiana stars in the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures animated feature film, The Princess and the Frog, set in the bayous of Louisiana.

As a special treat, Princess Tiana, Prince Naveen and other characters from the movie will be featured in “Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee!” a colorful jazz-filled Mardi Gras style parade.  Festively-dressed, bead-tossing paraders lead Magic Kingdom guests straight to Liberty Belle Riverboat dock.

The party doesn’t stop there, as on board the Liberty Belle, the singing and dancing continues as the riverboat paddles her way along the river.  The show features songs from the movie and will be performed 3-4 times daily.  Be sure to check the Tip Board for daily times.

Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee! will also be performed at Disneyland Resort in California, beginning early November.

I am really excited about a new, fun addition to the Liberty Belle riverboat experience.  This show should make a sleepy little ride come alive with festive fun.
