Vegas offers Free Southern Belle
Celebrate the beginning of National Cupcake Week with a free cupcake from The Cupcakery. 
On September 14, only, guests will get to sample the bakery’s Southern Belle cupcake without charge, while supplies last. The red velvet cake smothered in cream cheese frosting is one of dozens of fanciful cupcakes created by owner Pamela Jenkins.
