All for Fall Gourmet Taste-Off
Meet the top chefs at Pacific Place in a friendly little fall cook off. Chefs from Gordon Biersch, Il Fornaio, Mexico, Pike Place Chowder and Thai Ginger will prepare menu items using one key fall ingredient – the humble butternut squash. The cook off will be hosted by television personality John Curley,
and have a judging panel of celebrity chefs, as we find out just who can take that simple squash and turn it into a culinary masterpiece.
While all the food prep and cooking is going on, the audience will have a chance to answer chef and food-related trivia question and win prizes, along with several drawings for great prizes.
After the cooking and judging is done, tastes from each of the selections will be available for the audience, so you can decide for yourself which dish is the best.
See some great chefs in action, taste their dishes, and take home a few ideas of your own at the All for Fall Gourmet Taste-Off.
