Cajun Cook-off in Phoenix Looking for Amateur Chefs

The Fourth Annual Great Cajun Cook-Off & Food Fest is an annual fundraiser for the Cajun Cactus Foundation. If you have a great jambalaya or gumbo recipe, they are looking for you to participate in their event in November.
