Winemaker Dinner at Tulalip Bay Restaurant

Starting out as a smoky, cavernous, and gloomy bingo hall, the Tulalip Resort Casino has transformed itself into a destination location for local Seattle residents as well as out of the area visitors.  The resorts is now sporting a luxury hotel, along with offering great dining venues, entertainment, full-service spa, and shopping.  Oh yeah, and gaming too!

As part of its efforts to continue positioning itself as a premiere dining destination, Tulalip Bay, the resort’s fine dining restaurant, is teaming up with Côte Bonneville Winery to offer a gourmet 5-course dinner with wine pairings.  This winemaker’s dinner features the culinary mastery of Executive Chef Dean Shinagawa, known for blending distinctive island flavors with local ingredients, and award-winning sommelier Tommy Thompson.
