Time to Splash at Splashdown Waterpark
With 13 acres of water slides and fun, Splashdown Waterpark located in suburban Manassas, Virginia is a children’s escape to the beach without leaving the Washington, DC area.
To get your adrenalin flowing, start out taking a ride down one of their two 4-story waterslides. Then try either a fast cannonball slide or one of the two tropical twister waterslides. When you’re ready to relax, take a gentle tube ride down 1/15 mile river ride.
With multiple pools, tons of waterslides and tube slides, volleyball, tennis and more, the whole family can have a day of wet fun.
For smaller children, the 2 foot kiddie pool and 4 smaller water slides are perfect for the non-swimmer. In the small kids area, there’s a zero depth beach entrance, pipe fall water falls, bubblers, and a cute mushroom waterfall.
