Yo – Ho, Is It The Pirate’s League For Thee?!

Are you a scoundrel, rogue or ne’er-do-well?  Captain Jack and the crew of the Black Pearl have dropped anchor in Adventureland of Magic Kingdom and are looking to recruit and train Disney park guests into The Pirate League.  Guests, age three and up, can join in the scurrilous ways of buccaneers, that is if you are willing to part with some gold, silver or green.

The first step is for each guest to check into the Recruitment Office where you will be given an official pirate name.  Next, it’s on to the Muster Station where guests leave their old identities behind. With the help of a few applications of beards, eye patches, scarves, scars, earrings and phony teeth, the new recruits are one step closer to their swashbuckling future.

Through a secret portal you will go, to a treasure trove full of plunders, where as new shipmates you will speak the pirate oath and have your official pirate portrait taken.  Now, off you go to mingle among the commoners of Adventureland and search for clues and treasures.

The Pirates League recruits boys, girls and adults daily, and offers three special packages for aspiring buccaneers:

• First Mate Package – Includes a bandanna, choice of facial features(scars, tattoos, fake teeth, earring and eye patch), sword and sheath, pirate coin necklace, one 5×7 photo and personalized pirate oath.
• Empress Package – Includes a bandanna, shimmering make-up (face gem, tattoos, nail polish, earring and eye patch), sword and sheath, pirate coin necklace, one 5×7 photo and personalized pirate oath.
• Captain’s Package – Includes choice of costume or outfit from an available selection, choice of facial features, sword and sheath, pirate coin necklace, three 5×7 photos and personalized pirate oath.

Reservations, highly recommended, can be made by calling 407-WDW-CREW, and Magic Kingdom Theme Park admission is required.
