Kids can enjoy extraordinary experiences in nature this summer through Wild Wednesdays at .

The activities take place every Wednesday from 9:30am to 11:30am. The program targets kids ages 7 to 11, but everyone is welcome. The change is $3 per person or $6 for the hole family.
This week’s theme — Philo-podia: “Who doesn’t love feet and hooves and paws and claws and slime tracks and trails. Make plaster casts.”

Friedrich Wilderness Park is San Antonio’s only nature preserve and is located at 21480 Milsa on the NW side of San Antonio. From IH-10, take the Camp Bullis Road exit. If your younger kids love nature too, also consider the Tiny Tot Nature Camp at the . The cost for one child and one adult is $50 for zoo members and $80 for non-zoo members.
