Hilton Hotel Gets Healthy
The Hilton Hotel hopes to help its guests shed the kilos with its new Health Retreat package. The package, which will operate four times a year, offers guests yoga sessions in Zeta Bar, personal training, massage therapy, and meditation in a spa suite.
Guests will also enjoy healthy cooking classes by celebrity nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin, a walking tour of the city’s best healthy eateries, and educational sessions on nutrition and sleep patterns.
“The Hilton Hotel wanted to offer something more holistic that included a focus on nutrition and fitness rather than just going off to a health retreat and having a few massages,” explained Hilton Hotel spokeswoman Carla Webb.
“Unlike many other health retreats, this is in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for the time-poor,” added Health Retreat Ambassador Zoe Bingley-Pullin.
Dates: The Hilton Health Retreat will operate four times a year. Bookings are currently available for June 12-14 and September 11-13
