The Travel Pink, Travel Oahu Campaign

The island of Oahu has become known around the world as a place to visit to escape, relax, rejuvenate, and celebrate life.  With its 2009 Travel Pink, Travel Oahu (TPTO) campaign, the Oahu Visitors Bureau (OVB) continues the support of the fight against breast cancer by bringing together partners who offer travelers options that support the cause while vacationing in Hawaii.

The fall TPTO campaign will support the Hawaii Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure by offering travel packages that benefit the organization.  Since its inception in 2006, Travel Pink, Travel Oahu has raised more than $80,000 for the Susan G. Komen Hawaii Affiliate.

Each of the following resorts and properties have developed special “pink” packages and will contribute to the Hawaii Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure as part of the Travel Pink, Travel Oahu campaign:

Hyatt Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa – “Travel Pink, Travel Oahu”

Book the TPTO package at the Hyatt Waikiki and enjoy four nights with an upgrade to a Regency Club Ocean view room, as well as one 50-minute Lomi Pohaku Massage per person, per stay – a process that uses lava stones to eliminate stress and restore energy.  Guests will also enjoy a special Na Ho‘ola wellness amenity. The package is valid for travel now through Dec. 26, 2009, and can be booked direct by visiting www.waikiki.hyatt.com, or calling (808) 237-6300 or 1-888-223-1234.
