Fashion Week Belgrade
Belgrade fashion week is the event that is held twice a year at the end of October and usually somewhere in mid April.
This year first event will take place from 23rd to 29th of April. April fashion week will have presentations of many domestic and foreign designers, talented young designers, students and many different companies.
The first Belgrade Fashion week was held in 1996 and the patrons of current Fashion week are City Assembly and Ministry of trade.
Traditionally the festival is held in InterContinental hotel as well as Hyatt Regency hotel, Center Sava, Student Cultural Center, Museum of Yugoslav History. The event consists of approximately 30 shows and diverse program that will cover much more than just design and glamour.
One of the most important roles of the festival is to help young designers to present their work to the public and linking the Serbian artists with other major European capitals.
