The Shore Club

In 2003, the Shore Club reemerged on the Miami travel scene as an iconic landmark that continues to put the city at the forefront of world-class accommodation.  As its name suggests, The Shore Club is an epicenter of what embodies the Miami of today in its sleek, sensuous clubby environment.  An expansive three acre property created from two historic Art Deco hotels and a newly-built guest tower, The Shore Club has 309 rooms, 70 suites, seven poolside bungalows, a private beach house, exotic gardens, over 30,000 square feet of flexible meeting space , two world-class restaurants, chic boutiques and a rooftop spa–as well as the most breathtaking penthouse in Miami: a 6,000 square foot triplex suite with a private elevator and its own pool-in-the-sky.

Since opening, The Shore Club has been at the pinnacle of Miami’s nightlife and entertainment among locals and travelers alike. The magic is in the details: reception spaces that flow seamlessly from indoor to outdoor “rooms”, lush landscaping and terrace design inspired by Yves Saint Laurent’s Jardin Majorelle in Marrakech, and a palette of saturated Matisse colors–which play backdrop to a host of extraordinary private events and parties. At the center of the property, geographically and figuratively, is Skybar, the Miami counterpart to the stunning poolside hangout at Mondrian Los Angeles. Since its conception, Skybar has consistently been the sexiest cocktail spot in Miami, with both locals and celebrities still clamoring to get in.

Continuing its reputation for redefining cool, in June 2008, The Shore Club became the first Miami Beach hotel to be awarded The One Palm Certification by The State of Florida. The One Palm Certification program was established in 2004 by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection with the intent of recognizing and rewarding environmentally conscientious lodging facilities in the state. “Our One Palm Certification is just the first step in The Shore Club’s overall effort to make a difference in the community and lead the charge in the environmentally friendly standards and practices” says The Shore Club General Manager, Tim Nardi.

The Shore Club is home to its own incarnation of the innovative three-star Japanese restaurant Nobu, and to an outpost of Ago, Robert De Niro and Agostino Sciandri’s famed Hollywood restaurant, serving northern Italian cuisine. Me & Ro Jewelry and the Manhattan boutique Scoop offer on-site shopping, and hairdresser Ric Pipino operates both a salon and in-room service. A luxurious 8,000 square foot rooftop spa provides a state-of-the-art sanctuary for beauty treatments and rejuvenation.
