Fallbrook Winery
Nestled in the heart of North County is a 36-acre vineyard called . This winery has earned several distinguished awards making their wines well-recognized and respected. The Fallbrook Winery contends that the warm days and cool nights make those ideal conditions to produce grapes with the perfect sugar and acid level for a harmonious wine.
When visiting the winery, visitors will be able to enjoy some great wine tasting. The flavors and blends of these wines are remarkable. The Fallbrook Winery has won some esteemed awards, so be sure to take a sip of the following if it’s available for tasting:

In between wine tasting, enjoy the relaxing vineyard atmosphere. A central building located on the premises actually houses two aging cellar that is constructed into the hillside. This area is typically designated for oak barrel aging.
Recently, the winery planted 12 additional acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
